Indonesia Sumatra Gayo Natural
An exciting and unusual coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Bener Meriah in Northern Sumatra.
Grown by a small group of 10 farmers (each farming about 0.5 – 1 Hectare), this coffee is triple picked and dried on raised beds under cover, making natural processing possible in an otherwise wet tropical climate.
This sweet and rich coffee is full of ripe tropical fruit notes of paw paw, lime, mango and custard apple, with a chocolaty, velvety body.
